Requirements

  • OND/HND in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in ready-mix concrete or similar operations.
  • Strong knowledge of batching, plant mechanics, and maintenance planning.
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills.

Store Keeper 

Position: Store Keeper

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Key Responsibilities:

– Receive and inspect all incoming materials, spare parts, and consumables.

-Maintain accurate inventory records using stock cards and digital logs.

– Issue materials only on approved requisitions.

– Monitor stock levels and report reorder points for cement, aggregates, diesel, spare parts, and admixtures.

– Maintain a clean, organized store environment.

– Conduct weekly and monthly stock reconciliation.

– Prevent stock losses through proper storage and documentation.

– Coordinate with procurement and operations for timely replenishment.

– Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

– Enforce FIFO for perishable and time-sensitive materials.

Requirements

-OND/HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or relevant field.

-2-4 years’ store management experience (construction/manufacturing preferred).

-Strong knowledge of inventory procedures.

– Honest, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

-Good computer literacy (Excel; inventory software is an advantage)

Position:  Mock, Interluck & Kerhs Production Supervisor

Requirement
 
-OND/HND in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
-3-5 years’ experience in block, interlock, or kerb production.
– Strong knowledge of block-making machines, mould types, vibration systems, and curing processes.
-Proven leadership and coordination skills.
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
– Good communication and basic computer reporting skills.
 
Desirable Attributes
 
-Hands-on machine troubleshooting skills.
– Experience with hydraulic and vibration block-making machines.
– Knowledge of compressive strength testing.
– Strong understanding of mix design for block and interlock production.
 
NB: The Block, Interlock & Kerbs Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of blocks, interlocking paving stones, and kerbs. The role ensures consistent product quality, efficient machine operation, optimal material usage, and adherence to safety and production standards. The supervisor coordinates the production team, manages schedules, and ensures the plant runs with minimal downtime.
