Lubell Nigeria Limited has developed specialist in-house Design, Construction teams to ensure we can deliver value-added solutions, particularly through every phase of each project.
Construction
Our teams are able to draw on the organizational experience across the company’s extensive range of successful projects and leverage this experience in delivering projects with the best technical hands on ground.
Project Management
Our Project Managers ensure that the project runs smoothly and as scheduled. They ensure that the risk to the completion of the project is mitigated to the lowest for many of our clients.
Lubell Nigeria Project managers become responsible for the co-ordination of the design between the various departments. This eliminates the possibility of variations during the construction phase as a result of conflicts in design documentation.
Their job also takes into account every assigned contractor to that project making sure that all departments are all in sync and their functions are coordinated properly
